Com programação especial iniciou na segunda-feira (11) na Reafrio a 10ª Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes do Trabalho (SIPAT). O primeiro dia do cronograma recebeu a personal Danieli Jacoby que ministrou uma atividade com o objetivo de colocar em pauta a saúde dos trabalhadores. 

On International Women's Day, Reafrio promoted a tribute with the delivery of gifts to the company's employees. The objective was to highlight the importance of March 8th throughout the community.

In February 2022, the professional qualification program in Maravilha/SC began, organized by the city hall in partnership with CDL and Associação Empresarial. Since 2020, Reafrio's Engineering sector has undergone changes and improvements in its infrastructure, which impact the performance of the entire team, increase productivity, and contribute to the development of new solutions.

The Pink October campaign turns its eyes to care in preventing diseases such as breast and cervical cancer. At Reafrio, besides this approach, the collaborators had a moment to reflect on themes that are part of the female universe, from the lecture “Pleasure, I'm a woman!”, Given by the psychologist Geisa Tibulo. The meeting took place on Friday morning, the 25th, in the company's auditorium.

Reafrio will complete two decades of foundation on June 1, 2020, however, the celebrations have begun. On the evening of September 3, the company gathered its employees at its headquarters in Maravilha to publicize the campaign “20 years, side by side, making history”. Wearing the campaign shirt, the team knew the goals and actions that will be part of this new cycle of the company.

Quick blood glucose and blood pressure tests were offered to Reafrio employees last Tuesday, August 3. The action was promoted by the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA), in conjunction with the company's Specialized Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine Service (SESMT), and with the partnership of Rede Líder Farma.

One of Reafrio's values ??is social responsibility through humanitarian actions. This company's commitment to people's development and concern for the future is what leads Reafrio to support and lead various initiatives, both in its internal environment, with its employees, and abroad, with actions aimed at the community.

Always focused on offering the best solutions to the market, Reafrio implemented a Compost Barn in partnership with Fazenda Vitória, located in Bom Jesus do Oeste / SC.

Every company with more than 50 employees needs to implement an Internal Accident Prevention Commission, better known as Cipa. Its purpose, as its name suggests, is to prevent work-related accidents an illnesses.

So that the authorized dealers and technical assistants can provide the best service to the dairy farmer, Reafrio conducts periodic training, both in the field and at its headquarters in Maravilha/SC. The guidelines are passed on by field technicians, engineers, and company partners to improve participant's knowledge of how all Reafrio solutions work.

Since January 2010, Reafrio has been implementing industrial Solid Waste Management Program, managed by Quality, Safety, and Environment Engineering, under the supervision of the Occupational Safety technician.
