INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
200g of refined sugar
210ml UHT whole milk
20g grated coconut
250g wheat flour
50g unsalted margarine
40g of chocolate sprinkles
15g chemical baking powder
FILLING
400g condensed milk
200g of cream
DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD
1. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites and reserve. Heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Place the sugar, margarine and egg yolks in the mixer and let it beat until it forms a light cream.
3. Add the coconut and milk and beat gently.
4. Add the wheat flour and beat until mixed. Add the yeast and chocolate sprinkles and mix.
5. With the mixer off, add the egg whites and mix gently.
6. Grease a 25cm diameter mold.
7. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes (this may vary from oven to oven).
8. Leave to cool, cut in half, stuff and cover.
FILLING PREPARATION METHOD
Place the ingredients in a pan and cook over medium heat until clumps form (about 15 minutes).
