Even with the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, Reafrio's 9th Internal Accident Prevention Week (Sipat) took place successfully, between 8 and 12 March.
The program was 100% digital and organized by the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), with the support of the company's Marketing team.
During the week, Reafrio employees received, via WhatsApp, content focused on health, safety, and well-being, among them, there was material on healthy eating and another with information on Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs).
In addition, a special action was developed for International Women's Day, and a collection center was created for food donations to Hospital São José, in Maravilha. The delivery of donations, collected with the support of employees and Reafrio itself, took place last Friday, March 19.
Sipat slogan contest
Another action promoted in February, was the contest to choose the slogan of the 9th Sipat, where employees should answer an online questionnaire on health and safety at work and suggest a phrase for the slogan.
The chosen phrase was that of the collaborator Hugo Henrique Rodrigues Pereira: “The accident can leave marks that excuses do not erase”.
Second and third place were the phrases of collaborators Neiva Cansi Machado and Rafaela Tacca. The three received prizes of R$150, R$100 and R$50, respectively.
CIPA positively evaluates the actions
“Even promoting a SIPAT in a digital format this year, we were able, through digital platforms, to involve and make content available to all employees, bringing the important information so that we can maintain a healthy life, without accidents, and even better plus our quality of life ”, says the president of CIPA, Claudinei Hoss.
He points out that the collaboration of the Marketing sector was essential for the realization of Sipat: "This team organized and made all the material available to employees, thus facilitating access and interactivity to the available content".
According to him, after Sipat, CIPA is already planning its next action. "We must promote actions for Labor Day, with guidelines and make materials available for everyone to become aware and guide their colleagues about the importance of using PPE and preventing accidents", concludes Hoss.
