Reafrio held a special tribute to its female employees in celebration of International Women’s Day, observed on March 8.

During the gathering, Reafrio’s Director of Operations, Adilson Pauletti, spoke and mentioned the importance of women’s presence in the labor market and in society. In his remarks, he also recognized the work, commitment, and dedication of the company’s female employees in their daily routines, both professionally and in their personal lives

Following the speech, a symbolic gift was presented by the directors and managers in attendance as a way of acknowledging and thanking all of them for their contributions to the company.

The celebration of International Women’s Day represents a moment to recognize and value the importance of women in all spaces.
